Credit Card Lawsuit? HELP PLEASE!!?

If the money is owes, there's nothing to dispute. If they still want to settle, as stated, get it in writing first and then send a money order or bank check. I will show settled on the credit reports with the remaining balance still owed. The reason the balance is more because of the add'l interest and attorney fees. There is no law that states they have to notify you before they sue you.
