If you really want to find her get a private investigater that works with families. But think about her, does she know she is adopted an if she doesn't should you tell her if she doesnt know it could bring up bad feelings and shE might feel abanded but if she does know then yeah hire an investigator also think of your reasons for wanting to know her......
