I NEED A SAMPLE PLAINTIFFS MOTION TO AMEND COMPLAINT?

It is for an Unlawful Detainer case. The Defendants moved out and I was told I need to file an amended complant to get compensation for damages. Anyone have an example of what that looks like? Thanks
