Neither. At least the Saudis had the good taste to deprive bin Laden of his Saudi citizenship and kick him out of the country after an early dose of his shenanigans. Pakistan felt compelled to offer him shelter. Bin Laden's phone has been linked to Pakistani intelligence. Are they possibly the worst of these wretched cultures?
