Road trip foods...What to do about sandwiches?

If you have time to make them tomorrow, it would be best to do it then. It will be fresher the later you make them. Also you could just bring the sandwich supplies and make them right before you eat them. And always make sure to transport your food in a cooler and in zip-lock bags to keep them fresh.
