What do you think about Judge Joe Brown?

I use to like him when I was younger but as I got older I realized some of the stuff he says is a little bias.. The show that was a major upset to me was when a plaintiff said something about her brother having a cell phone in prison, Judge Joe had gotten mad and called her stupid and dumb because he said its impossible to have a cell phone in prison. I was very upset because I knew a few people in jail with cell phones. Some prisons even have special devices that stop signals from cell phones that the inmates may have. He ruled against the lady because of what he thought was ''lies"... Right now I am watching him with my mom and he upset that the guy in his court room smokes... What does that have to do with the case? Do you agree or disagree with the way Judge Joe Brown rules?
