How to kick someone out?

My boyfriend and I just got our own place and we let his dad stay with us for a month and he has way more than over welcomed his stay. How can we kick him out? Hes not on our lease, and he doesnt pay bills. He thinks because he changed his address here we cant kick him out. Also my lease does not allow us to sublease and we live in florida
