I have been sued in Texas small claims court in the plaintiff's precinct. How do I move it to my county?

Venue will be where the contract was signed unless the contract specifies that it will be treated as signed in Austin. In my state, California, there is a limit to the distance the defendant can be forced to travel to court. You might check that out too.
