If Srilanka board refuses to let their players take part in IPL, would Pakistani players be allowed to play?

due to ongoing controversy over Indian player's participation in SLPL, after all Pakistani players are willing to take part & better T-20 players, would we miss Lanka players or they would miss IPL as much as Pakistani players have for the last 2-3 years ??
