Is there anywayz 14yr olds can make money?

i'm 14 and I've been looking for a job constantly but i cant seem to get one no i'm trying to get a little extra money in my hands to do things with butt i just can't seem to find any. does anyone know anyplace in Florida or a website that i could get into to earn money. i'm taking a babysitting class online now to get my license and i'm not aloud to cutt grass or take out trash in the type of neighborhood i live in I've posted dog sitting ads on craigslist plenty of times but everyone says i'm just too young. can anyone give me some advice?
