Is this a good legal argument for 1st Amendment?

I stopped reading, admittedly. If I were to want to be buried and saw a star of David on a hilltop, that would take my money, I would move on. Also If I had a cross above my dead body on a muni property that took my money, I would feel you unconstitutionally remove the cross, unless you relocate me as well.
