Marriage with a reservist and an active duty member of the USCG?

I am a reservist in the USCG station in Mass. My girlfiend is active stationed in Florida. We have talks of marriage we both have 5 years remaining. If we chose to get married would she be allowed to transfer up her to Mass? How would that work? Also she is a non-rate and has aprx. 2-3 years remaining until she goes to "A" school. Is it possible she would get stationed back to Mass? Any information suggestions or insight would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
