What is the best nursing program in America?

I'm a senior in high school and I know that I want to go to college for nursing. Specifically, pediatric nursing. I really want to know what college or university in America that has the best nursing program. Somewhere that I will get a good education and get my nursing degree. I live in Florida so somewhere near there would be great! Thank you to anyone that answers :)
