Which is more important, the cover sheet of presenting a case from a pro-se or the truth she is presenting?

If the TV-JUDGES DO NOT require for such technicality to have a cover sheet, in its presetation of some of documented positive proofs like what this pro-se have, then why do Plaintiff like the pro-se in a court setting can have the same priviledge as those seen in the TV Courts?
