Is there anything I can do?

I will like to know If my civil rights have been violated. I will try my best to brief. Ok In 2004 my self and a friend started a small business that was called McGuire's Hardwood floors (which was my partners last name. In 2007 My partner left the company and formed a new company with another guy. And they have ran advertising for three years. Calling there Business Dave McGuire & Ron Joseph Hardwood flooring. And I have continued using the trade name McGuire's Hardwood floors which I registered with the State of Ohio In 2008, and I have built a nice company with my advertising and workmanship. Early this month I get a knock on my door with a court order to show up to the Court OF COMMON PLEAS, for Equity, Injunction, Damages and other Relief . And I notice that the complaint was filed by the plaintiff In his name and my trade name EXCEPT they added ing to for . And Ohio law states that know one Is to file an action In any court In Ohio unless they have the name registered with the secretary of the State of Ohio. So I go to court to day and the Judge tells me that I have no right using the name McGuire since It Is not my sure name. And puts a TPO against me. So I call the Sectary of State to Informed them. And the lady I spoke with tells me that the Judge has know right to Shut me down. And by law that Is my Business name. And I have every right to use It regard less If It Is my last name or not. So can anybody give me there opinion. Please.
