What's wrong with my ear?

About a week and a half ago I got back from a Florida vacation in which on several occasions, I got water stuck in my ear, and each time I did a crappy job of getting the water out. After a day or two when we got back my ear started hurting and I didn't really pay it any attention until it became quite bothersome whenever I would scratch my ear and a shooting pain would run through it. I thought it was swimmer's ear so I took some swimmer's ear drops and even though I let them spill out after about 5 minutes of having them in (due to the burning pain they were causing in my ear) the next day the pain was pretty much gone. Another day went by with no pain. And then I think we're to yesterday, when I was cleaning my ears out with a q-tip after the shower. I was going pretty deep in my ear like I always do, thinking nothing of it, but later on in the day and today as well, my ear has started hurting again, this time even more so than before. So I know it's either swimmer's ear, an infection, or I harmed my ear while cleaning it. Which is more likely?

How to get out of a lease?

I had signed up for a lease agreement in april of this year. for one year agreement till next april. My boyfriend has lost his job and I have been sick off and on so money is tight and we really cant afford to live there anymore paying $701 a month. I use to like him when I was younger but as I got older I realized some of the stuff he says is a little bias.. The show that was a major upset to me was when a plaintiff said something about her brother having a cell phone in prison, Judge Joe had gotten mad and called her stupid and dumb because he said its impossible to have a cell phone in prison. I was very upset because I knew a few people in jail with cell phones. Some prisons even have special devices that stop signals from cell phones that the inmates may have. Your insurance will defiantly fight it because they don't want to pay out a hundred grand due to fraud. The other person can set the price to whatever they want but that doesn't mean the court will award that amount and if fraud is proven they will throw it out.. If it was me I would contact a lawyer and they usually will give you their opinion on things like this for a consultation fee. If they know who you are I wouldn't jog by their house. They might say you are threatening or harassing them.

Take what you have to an attorney. IF you were actually sued, and they received a default judgement, you would have to petition the court to set aside the judgment due to lack of service. I suspect you were NOT actually sued and the letter you received is nothing more that a collection TACTIC.

How to pay a credit card debt that has been taken over by attorney and is is court?

I have 2 credit card debts that are in court, one by the original creditor and one by a 3rd party and I never went to court for them because I never got served. Restraining order hearing?

A temporary protection order against me was served to my family's house where i used to live but have since moved. My brother had sent me a text saying that summons had been dropped off but no other information. I contacted the person who had filed against me via text asking what the paperwork was, I thought she was pressing charges due to a drunken voicemail I had left the week before. She explained to me, via text, that it was a temporary restraining order not a summons. I ceased communication with her and haven't contacted her since. I went to my parents house to pick up the paperwork the following day and read the order stating not to contact her. The hearing to decide if a permanent order will be issued is in a week. I wish to present myself in court as I am not a threat and do not wish to do the plaintiff any harm and I would like to prevent this from being on my public record. I am afraid that she will say I violated the TPO when I texted her to spite me for attending court and contesting. Is she able to do that? Am I in violation?

Help with a small claims judgement.?

Earlier this year, I was summonsed to small claims court by a car dealership for $800. As the defendant, I showed up at the court on the date of the hearing, and the plaintiff did not, nor did they have any respresentation present. There were at least two others who were there for small court claims by the same dealership. The judge granted me the default judgement, with prejudice, based on the fact that the plaintiff did not show, nor had made any attempt to contact the court for a reason why. I just received another notice from the same dealership for the same matter in small claims court. Can they do this? What can I do about this?

Your father seems like control freak. Marriage with a reservist and an active duty member of the USCG?

My fiance (Pakistani) had his interview on June 2nd in Beijing. They said it was good but then kept his passport and documents and said it will take 3 business days for a decision. Credit report says "state tax lien" what is this and what to do?

So I just did a credit report using Experian and my report is fine, but I found something under "bankruptcy and court judgements" something that says state tax lien. My friend has a mom who's heart was operated on and the doctor admitted it was his fault because they were not careful when taking her off this machine. Anyway, she lost her sight and they are filing a malpractice suit. Now, my friend has a tendency to color the details quite a bit. Well its been now 3 months and we got our lawyer so one day the sheriff came and delivered us in person some letter about a plaintiff not sure what that is. Can osgood slaughters hurt the back of your knee?

I have had Osgood Slaughters for 3 years now and it still won't go away! Well I have been vacationing in Florida for 2 weeks now so I have been out and about all day everyday which is not healthy for me. But now the back of me knee is hurting really bad? I have been walking in the sand alot and stuff like that. This has been going on for 3 days. After reading the decision, I note that the magistrate cites the Plaintiff's testimony that a promise was made.
